This guy is perverted when he texts me. He sends me dirty text messages & tries to text sex. I told him to stop but he won't listen. He uses vulgar words to describe body parts and what he wants to do or have done to specific body parts. Said he enjoys "taking advantage of himself." claims he is lonely and has not had sex in a LONG time. Said girls don't like him. So what! That does not excuse his behavior! Spelled out sounds while trying to be explicit. I can't put details online-it is that bad. So, watch out for this guy. Jonathan David Welter of Chaffee, MO. Age 31. Kept wanting me to meet him. Caller calls my work number and asks for me. Then they say that my information was found in there data base that I have a payday loan that I owe. Then he asks me to take care of it with a credit card when i ask them who they are they start screaming and saying that they will arrest me. They have a very thick accent. When you call them back the same person answers the phone. We need to stop these people from taking peoples money.

This number never leaves a message and when I answer they hang up. Its really annoying
